These terms apply to the free Alex Pro waitlist offer promoted by GWB Technologies Ltd. By claiming the offer you agree to these terms. Our general terms are at getalex.app/terms.

Nobody pays to join. The reward is free access only. There is no cash alternative and no purchase necessary.

1. Who can claim

→UK residents aged 18 or over only.
→One claim per person (same email or account).
→Employees of GWB Technologies Ltd and their immediate family cannot claim.
→The offer is for people on the founding waitlist at getalex.app.

2. The offer: 3 months of Alex Pro free at launch

→What you get: three months of Alex Pro on your Alex account, starting when Alex launches publicly in the UK (autumn 2026; no specific date is promised).
→Who: the first 1,000 people on the founding waitlist who claim within the claim window.
→How to claim: we email waitlist members at launch with a claim link. Claim by 7 January 2027. Unclaimed places expire.
→After the free period: Pro does not renew into a paid plan unless you choose to subscribe. No card is taken for this offer.

3. Fair use

All Alex plans, including free Pro under this offer, are subject to fair-use limits on AI coaching. We may throttle or pause AI access if use is abusive or far above normal.

4. What we do not take

→No payment card is required to claim.
→Nothing auto-renews into a paid subscription.
→The offer is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.

5. Creators and disclosure

If you receive free Pro and later post about Alex publicly, UK advertising rules may require you to clearly disclose the free access (for example as an ad). Free Pro never depends on a positive review or post.

6. Changes and availability

We may amend or withdraw this offer only where circumstances outside our reasonable control make that unavoidable. Rewards already confirmed by email will be honoured or replaced with an equivalent.
